• Booking Data: History of your appointments, selected services, and preferred studios.
• Device Data: IP address, browser type, and mobile device identifiers for analytics and security.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To facilitate account creation and logon process.
• To manage and fulfill your bookings with partnered studios.
• To send administrative information, service updates, and security alerts.
• To protect our Services from fraudulent activity.

3. Payment Processing & Razorpay

We use Razorpay as our trusted third-party payment gateway for processing all transactions. We do NOT store your credit/debit card details or UPI PINs on our servers.

When you make a payment, your payment data is securely handled by Razorpay, which encrypts your data through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). 4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We respect your privacy. We only share necessary booking information (your name, phone number, and appointment details) with the specific studio/stylist you have booked. We categorically do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Security

We have implemented robust technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. We utilize highly secure Google Firebase Authentication and stringent Firestore Security Rules to ensure your personal data is heavily guarded against unauthorized access.

6. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Velvett Studio, Velvett Elite, or Velvett Signature account and associated personal data from our dedicated account deletion page.
