Delete your Velvett account

This page is for Velvett Studio, Velvett Elite, and Velvett Signature users who want to delete their account and associated personal data from the web.

What is deleted

Firebase Auth account, profile records, related app data, and Firebase Storage uploads handled by the same server function used in the mobile apps.

Support path

If you cannot sign in, send a deletion request to support@velvett.in with your registered email or phone number.

If you have an active paid subscription or pending service issue, contact support first so the required cancellation or support flow can be completed before account deletion.

Request deletion

Choose your account type. Signed-in users can delete immediately; everyone else can send a support request.

Velvett Studio / Elite customer

Booking profile, addresses, favorites, bookings, reviews, notifications, and uploads.

Velvett Signature salon owner

Partner profile, studios, services, offers, bookings, notifications, payments, and uploads.

Velvett Signature solo stylist

Stylist profile, services, portfolio, offers, bookings, notifications, payments, and uploads.
