1. General Terms

By accessing and using Velvett ("the App", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), including Velvett Studio and Velvett Signature, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you are prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are strictly responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. Any fraudulent activity or violation of terms will result in permanent suspension of the account.

3. Bookings and Payments

• Online Payments: All online payments for bookings or subscriptions are processed securely via Razorpay. Velvett does not capture or store your banking/card details.
• Pricing: Service prices are set by the individual partnered studios/stylists and are subject to change without prior notice from Velvett.
• Taxes: Applicable taxes and platform convenience fees (if any) will be shown clearly during the checkout process.

4. For Studio Partners (Velvett Signature)

Partnering studios and stylists are entirely responsible for updating their availability, pricing, and service catalogues. Velvett acts as a technological bridge (aggregator) and is not legally liable for the actual physical quality of the grooming service provided. Partners must maintain professional hygiene and service standards.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Velvett, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service or any conduct or content of any third party on the service.
