How to reset your password

Velvett sends password reset links by email from no-reply@velvett.in. Use the address you signed up with. The link expires in about one hour.

Velvett Studio (website)

  1. Go to Sign in.
  2. Tap Forgot Password? on the sign-in form.
  3. Enter your account email and send the reset link.
  4. Open the email from no-reply@velvett.in and tap Reset password.
  5. Choose a new password on the secure page.

Velvett Elite & Signature (apps)

  1. Open the app and stay on the login screen.
  2. Tap Forgot Password? (or similar).
  3. Enter your registered email and confirm to send the link.
  4. Check your mail app for no-reply@velvett.in and follow the reset link (it may open in your browser).

Did not get the email?

Check Spam or Promotions, confirm you typed the correct email, and wait a minute before trying again. For Google-only accounts, use the same email Velvett has on file. You can still reach us at support@velvett.in.
